Accommodation

Secure your hotel booking for FEBS 2026 today!

To make your stay in Maastricht as comfortable and convenient as possible, we offer two distinct booking options—each designed to suit different preferences, budgets, and group sizes:

  • Option 1: MCI Official Congress Hotels
Stay at one of our officially contracted hotels, carefully selected for their proximity to the Congress Centre and convenience for delegates. These properties offer trusted quality and special rates negotiated by MCI for your comfort.
  • Option 2: Extended Selection via MCI’s partner: Nuitée
Access a wider range of hotels and price points through our partner platform, offering flexibility and more choices for late bookers or those seeking alternative styles.

Please note: In addition to welcoming the FEBS Congress attendees and its usual influx of tourists in July, the city will also be hosting André Rieu’s concert, which is expected to place extra demand on the local hotel market. We have secured a significant number of hotel rooms reserved for FEBS Congress participants. To ensure a smooth and comfortable stay, we strongly recommend that all delegates secure their bookings as early as possible, as availability is likely to be limited.

Please be aware of possible scams that may try to take advantage of the FEBS 2026 Congress participants and exhibitors, offering all type of services. Note that FEBS does not send emails via Gmail/Yahoo/Hotmail accounts. Do not click on any links that look suspicious and always use the links that you find on the FEBS 2026 website to register or to book accommodation. For further information see the box at the end of the page.

The advantages of booking through this official housing bureau for the Congress are:

  • All hotels are company-approved
  • Negotiated preferential rates
  • Personalised service and support prior to, during, and after the event

The majority of the hotels chosen for this Congress are located near the Congress centre, in the city centre or in locations accessible by public transportation. For exact location of hotels, please see the map of Maastricht and surrounding areas.
