Invitation letters

Individuals from some non-European countries might need signed and stamped invitation letters for visa applications. If so, please contact the Congress Secretariat via febs.reghot@mci-agency.com and provide your full name (as on passport), address, passport number, passport issue and expiry dates, your birth date and the location of the Netherlands embassy where you want to apply for a visa.
